About Ant IPE

The Ant Intelligent Platform Engineering team is committed to building a safe and trusted framework for intelligent, automated software engineering. Our mission is to seamlessly integrate and enhance the synergy between software engineering and artificial intelligence, paving the way for technological innovation across all areas of software development and operations. To realize this vision, we unite top researchers and development engineers from various disciplines and backgrounds, working collaboratively to tackle the challenges confronting AntGroup and the broader software engineering community.

Ongoing Projects

We also manage the CodeFuse AI Coding and DeRisk AIOps communities. The community encompasses pre-trained Code LLMs, agents, frameworks, toolchains, and databases.

Our team has also contributed our techniques to the agent development platforms Tbox and WeaveFox, the latter of which is an AI frontend development platform launched by Ant Group. It offers developers and creators cutting-edge productivity tools.

Publications

Our team has published dozens of papers in prestigious conferences such as ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS, ICSE, FSE, ISSTA, ASE, PLDI, and OOPSLA, and we also regularly share our latest research on arXiv.

Career Opportunities

Previously, my team was actively recruiting self-motivated technical experts and interns with interests in machine learning, reinforcement learning, multimodal learning, time series algorithms, program analysis, and AI software engineering.

However, the industry landscape has been evolving rapidly. Our team is now shifting its focus toward AI Agent systems and applications, which has led us to reassess our team structure and direction. As a result, we are no longer opening career opportunities at this time. We appreciate the enthusiasm from those who have reached out and apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.
